We are highly experienced in assisting clients with complex requirements. You can choose any or all of our services and our skilled team will work with you to identify the most appropriate service mix to match your needs. We can also assist you with implementing our recommendations.
Will I receive regular contact and support from Oakvale?
Yes, we will contact you regularly – the frequency of which will depend upon your specific needs. According to the services you choose, you may be allocated a designated support person or team, and we also have a Help Desk which operates during business hours across all Australian time zones.

Oakvale Treasury provides support and training as part of the Acorn™ service.

What risk management systems do you have?
Oakvale Treasury offers a number of risk management systems to ensure that you are supported by the system that best meets your business’ needs. Internally, we use Sungard’s AvantGard-Quantum to manage all treasury services. In 2000, we launched a client-friendly interface to Quantum known as Acorn™ which provides a sophisticated, full treasury functionality for our clients. We also offer a complete asset and liability risk management system known as Protecht.ALM. Our advisors also have access to other financial systems such as Reuters, Bloomberg, Austraclear and 360T.
